OUR PROMISE TO YOU

• Before we Start
  We’ll never quote for a job for we are unsuited to deliver. We’ll have sufficient public liability insurance for the job and we’ll always a provide a quote which will include
   

· The cost for the project including Materials and Labour
· When we expect to be able to commence the project
· How long we expect the project to take 
· Our Payment terms
· Or alternatively, we may quote a day work rate for smaller jobs
 

• Project Commencement:
  We will only start once you are happy with the quote, understand it and agree it. We will brief you regularly on progress and we will liaise with and deal with notices to the relevant Building Control Authority - if you require this. If there are unavoidable problems or delays you will be informed of these as early as possible.
  We will provide samples of materials and any fittings to you for prior approval, if required, or will be happy to use those supplied by you.
  If there are changes to the work specified, or extra costs, we will discuss these with you and provide you with an updated cost and expected time to fulfil these. Again, we will agree these with you before we proceed.
  We treat our customers and their property with respect and ensure that the working site remains both safe and tidy at all times.
  We will take full responsibility for any subcontractors that we may need to engage for the work, unless you, our customer, prefers to manage this themselves.
  For larger or expensive projects that require us to expend capital on costly materials, fittings and/or plant equipment we may request an initial deposit along with monthly payments. These we will explain and discuss with you at every stage.
   
• At Project End
  We will dispose of all waste material properly, and promptly and leave the site clean and tidy. Any instructions and/or guarantees will be passed to you and we will discuss any operational or maintenance issues.
  Finally, we will arrange a date with you to return and complete any defects which may have arisen during the first few months and to ensure that you are happy and satisfied with our work and we will always ask if you would be willing to have prospective customers contact you to discuss our work.
